With the help of local volunteers CPRE regularly respond to planning applications affecting Sefton's countryside.

 

The importance of the UDP

The UDP is a vital 'material consideration' in decisions reached on applications for planning permission. The UDP comprises of the following documents - the written statement of policies and proposals and a proposals map.
